Australia has some of the best and the worst refugee and asylum policy in the world.
This talk will refer to the global crisis with forced migration, focusing specifically on the situation of refugees and people seeking asylum in Australia. The presentation will consider a gender perspective highlighting the challenges faced by women seeking asylum and migrant women in vulnerable situations.
There will be time for questions and answers following the presentation.
