Over 4 weeks, you will learn how to meditate, as well as how to incorporate your meditation practice into your daily lifestyle. This course will be delivered completely online.
How is this course different?
I teach a modern style of meditation which encourages thinking and heightens creativity. This is an enjoyable practice where you are not expected to shut off your mind or stop yourself from thinking.
Live seminars will teach you how to meditate on your own, and you will be supported with guided meditations to use as needed.
You will receive 1-to-1 guidance through an online community-style of teaching.

What does Modern Meditation mean?
Modern Meditation is a science-based form of meditation that incorporates only the most effective practices across various styles of meditation.
It is enjoyable, easy and is a practice you will look forward to instead of dreading. It feels like slipping into a warm bath, a massage for the soul.
There is no religious affiliation of spiritual element to this training, nor is it connected to yoga or require any movement.
How is it delivered?
The course is delivered through a private Facebook Group, with seminars being held as live videos. You will need a FB profile to join however, if you don't have one, you can simply create one just for the purposes of this course.
Only participants in the course will have access to the group, and no one outside of the group will be able to see your involvement in the group - it will be completely private.
The live videos will be saved so that they can be watched at any time, meaning you can still participate if you cannot join the live seminars.
All resources and other materials will be posted in the group for easy access, such as guided meditations and written resources.
You will have the ability to post in the group at any time, as well as replying to posts from others to support each others practice.
