The Korean Cultural Centre (KCC) Australia brings Kimchi Masterclass to this year’s Good Food and Wine Show in Sydney.
If you ever wanted to know how to make your own Kimchi, this masterclass would be a perfect chance to have hands-on experience of Korean cuisine.
Led by Korean food expert, TV chef, food writer, and cooking instructor, Heather Jeong and David Ralph, these 45-minute hands-on masterclasses will allow you to learn how to make traditional Kimchi, discover the benefits of this Korean superfood, and get to take it home to enjoy!
