When

Mondays and Fridays, 4pm to 4:45pm Monday 19 April to Friday 25 June

MonstarZen is offering a rare opportunity in the inner CBD for kids aged between 4 to 7 to learn Judo and kids aged between 7 to 10 to learn BJJ. Our classes all offer the benefits of Judo & BJJ in a playful and safe manner.

Judo and BJJ benefit kids physical and mental development through structured martial arts play.

Kids will naturally develop better balance, better hand-eye coordination and learn how to prevent injury when falling and rolling.

Judo and BJJ have a traditional component that teaches kids about respect, fairness, patience, kindness and modesty.
