This November we are running to help raise awareness about men's health in particular suicide, testicular cancer and prostate cancer in support of the Movember Foundation . By 2030 they aim to reduce the number of men dying prematurely by 25%.
Use this event to check in with family members and friends, perhaps get them involved to join you in the event and experience the physical and mental health benefits exercise provides.
A 6 week program will be on offer for those wanting to train for the event. Our Wednesday workouts are purely aimed at improving your running and cardiovascular fitness before the day along with our Movember Monday workouts which again will be aimed at raising awareness around mens health.
Choose your distance - there are 3 distances to choose from 5km, 10km or 21km. Map out your own course to run or walk on Saturday the 28th of November. Once you have completed your preferred distance we would be grateful to see some photos of you on the course and also the time taken to complete your distance.
