Sat 6 Aug performance followed by a conversation with Kaz Therese and Dr Adele Chynoweth moderated by Sarah Miller AM. Thu 11 Aug performance followed by a conversation with participants from Class Action, facilitated by Aunty Rhonda Dixon-Grovenor, composer James Hazel and Kaz Therese. This performance and public program event will be Auslan interpreted.

Part-mystery, part-documentary, part forensic investigation, Kaz Therese’s Sleeplessness is a quintessentially Australian story.

Focused on three generations of Sydney women, the performance fuses drama and documentary, to throw light on the intergenerational impacts of institutionalisation and migration.
