Jung Sung officially opens its doors on Thursday 4th March and, to celebrate this momentous occasion, we will be conducting a traditional Korean restaurant opening ceremony.
Old meets new in this timeless ritual, much like the coming together of traditional and modern Korean cooking techniques found on our menu. The ceremony will be taking place at 4pm with a table of offerings left to be observed by everyone who joins us on our opening night.
Head Chef Insup Kim is excited to invite you to be one of the first to enjoy Jung Sung's contemporary Korean cuisine. Our bartenders will be pouring our finest wines and shaking up creative libations on the night. Plus, we'll also have 백설기 (BaekSeolGi) Mixed Korean Rice Cakes which will be gifted to all of our guests who dine with us over our opening weekend.
