The Wine Bar at The International is thrilled to welcome one of Australia’s most exciting young winemakers to The Seidler Room for an intimate long-table dinner.

Josh Cooper is the creative force behind Joshua Cooper Wines – named Halliday’s Best New Winery for 2024 – and has been named Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine’s Young Winemaker of the Year. From his home in the Macedon Ranges, Josh crafts refined, expressive wines from exceptional Victorian sites, working with minimal intervention to create bottles that speak clearly of their place.

Growing up at the acclaimed Cobaw Ridge vineyard, wine runs in Josh’s blood – but it’s his own thoughtful, terroir-driven approach that has earned him a reputation as one of the country’s most compelling winemakers. Every wine in his portfolio is marked by precision, purity and a quiet intensity that rewards both immediate enjoyment and patient cellaring.

This special evening will explore a hand-picked selection of Josh’s most distinctive wines, matched to a four-course menu created by The International’s culinary team especially for the occasion.
