Irresistible Comics: Chengdu Meets Sydney – Chengdu Excellent Cartoon and Animation Works Exhibition will be presented from 12th to 26th October 2022 in China Cultural Centre in Sydney.

The exhibition is co-hosted by China Cultural Centre in Sydney and Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Culture, Broadcast-TV and Tourism, jointly organized by Chengdu Foreign Cultural Exchange Centre and Chengdu Animation Comic Game Association and received great support from Chengdu animation and game enterprises, young cartoonists and animators and other sectors in Chengdu.

The exhibition showcases 86 manifest original comic artworks, including “One Hundred Thousand Bad Jokes Movie Poster”, “God troubles me 2 poste”, “Doomsday”, to promote Chinese creative production with comic art and anime and serve as a platform for China and Australia cultural exchange.

Further, the exhibition will also build a two-dimensional hub for young Australian fond of movies, TV, cartoon, animation and cosplay and a bridge of cultural exchange between China and Australia.
