Look down. Beneath your feet lies a hidden world of trillions of fungal threads silently connecting forests, feeding trees and shaping life as we know it.

Invisible Forest is the work of two Sydney artists — Stephanie Chambers (Outer Island), whose bold large-scale paintings explode with colour, and Yang Qiu, whose intricate ceramic sculptures seem to grow straight out of the earth. Together they crack open the mysterious "Wood Wide Web" and bring it into the gallery for you to touch, hear and explore.

Watch fungi grow from ceramics in real time, play mushroom instruments, and discover the folklore, science and psychedelic colour theory of local Australian fungi species.

Opening Night — Thurs, 9 July / 5pm-8pm / RSVP

Free entry and good vibes only.
