International Women's Day nixed netball tournament

This event involves a round robin tournament, running from 9am to 2pm.

• Each team will play a total of 5 x 20 minute games, including 1 finals/friendlies match. There will be 2 divisions.

• Umpires will be provided for all games.

• There will be prizes for the winners of each division. Teams are encouraged to dress up in purple as there will be a prize for the best dressed team!

Fees

• The cost of registration is $300 per team ($150 team fees to the centre + $150 donation to a women's charity of your choice). Places are limited and will be on a first in, first serve basis.

Registration

• You can register your team by emailing Perry Park Recreation Centre via recreation@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.

• Please include the details of your team, including the team's name, preferred division, and captain's contact details.

• Registration fees can be paid at the reception desk or over the phone at 02 9265 9182.

Food and drinks

• Food and drinks will not be provided at the event. There is a kiosk at the Centre where items can be purchased, including tea and coffee. There is no alcohol allowed at the Centre.

Insurance

• No injury insurance is provided. Participants play at their own risk. If you have any concerns about participating in the sport, please speak with your medical professional. All participants will be required to sign an enrolment form and waiver.
