What we’ll cover

• Recognising the signs: How to spot when you or a loved one may benefit from a little extra help at home and how to start that conversation with confidence.

• Navigating My Aged Care: A plain-English guide to accessing subsidised services, from your very first call through to receiving support at home.

• Your options and your rights: What’s included in your care, what the new Support at Home program means for you, and what to consider if you’re thinking about changing providers.
