As creatives, we all know how valuable collaboration can be. But the reality is that, more often than not, we're working solo, editing late into the night, chasing clients, trying to stay inspired, and figuring things out as we go. It can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel isolating.

Earlier this year, we started running Creative Coffee Club meetups under another brand. What quickly became clear was that so many creatives share the same challenges, questions, ambitions, and even self-doubts. Whether it's finding consistent work, building confidence to pitch for a job, avoiding burnout, or simply meeting people who understand what you do, we realised there was a real need for a space where creatives could connect and grow beyond social media.

That's why we created In Good Company.

Our vision is simple: to build a supportive community where creators can genuinely connect, collaborate, share knowledge, and continuously grow together. We believe the creative industry is one where learning never stops, and the best creators are those who are always curious, open to new ideas, and willing to learn from the people around them. That's why we're passionate about creating the right spaces for that growth to happen—through meaningful conversations, community meetups, workshops, guest speakers, and opportunities to hear from experienced creatives who have walked the path before us.
