Hula hooping workshop with Kiri the spinning sensation

Sunday 21 March from 2pm to 3pm

A great full body workout without even realising! This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and hula hooping abilities.

While it is focused on beginners anyone with an inner hooper will be able to pick up immediate to advanced variations. This workshop includes a warm-up, hooping on various body parts, funky hand tricks and warm down. Hoops provided and limited supply with be available to purchase on the day.

Darlinghurst Theatre Company is operating under guidelines from NSW Health in response to COVID 19 and our measures to ensure patron, staff and artist safety include;

  • Reduced audience capacities

  • Increased distance between performers and the audience

  • Additional cleaning of theatres and disinfecting of foyer before, during and after performances

  • Hand sanitising stations throughout our venue.

  • Allocated theatre seating and collection of patron contact details

  • Assisting patrons to maintain appropriate physical distancing.

  • Providing contactless options of purchasing of food & beverages

Darlinghurst Theatre Company holds a NSW Health exemption and is operating at 75% capacity. Masks are mandatory in our theatre auditorium. Masks are mandatory in our cabaret lounge except when patrons are eating or drinking.
