Do you want to learn very practical steps on how you can cope successfully with challenging people and situations in your life?

Come and learn new skills in this weekly class.

Each week’s class involves lots of role-playing exercises. You’ll practice new ways of communicating that will allow you to handle everyday uncomfortable situations in a more effective way.
