Healthy brain ageing and dementia - information session

The Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) provide flexible and responsive healthcare to help maximise quality of life for the person living with dementia and the people supporting them.

Research shows that up to 45% or dementia cases could be avoided if health and lifestyle changes are made by a person.

Hear from Helen Hislop from SLHD to learn about:

  • how to have a healthy brain

  • dementia risk factors

  • how to reduce the risks

  • what supports are available to help

You’ll get the opportunity to ask questions.

Morning tea is provided.

Free community bus transport for eligible people.
