Gong Bath at Leichhardt Uniting Church

If you’ve been craving a proper switch-off, the kind that actually quiets your mind and helps you sleep, this is for you.

Join us at at Leichardt Uniting Church for an incredibly special Gong Bath. You will simply lie down and let powerful gongs guide you into a state of profound rest and utter bliss. No movement, talking or trying to meditate required. Just an hour where your only job is to rest.

The sound of the gongs works on the nervous system in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to feel. Many people describe it as:

• the deepest rest they’ve had in months

• finally feeling their body tension let go, leading to the BEST sleep of their year

• leaving by floating out the door, so calm you'll forget your own name for a minute!

If stress has been lingering, sleep hasn’t been great, you wish to exlpore deeper consciousness or you’re simply curious about an experience that’s a little different, then this is the right place for you.

Please bring:

• A water bottle

• An exercise mat (Let me know if you need one and I'll bring you one)

• Comfortable & warm clothes

• Optional: a shawl or blanket for warmth, cushion/pillow for comfort and something to cover the eyes
