This is a session for older adults to help those beginners and more experienced swimmers to hone their swimming skills and improve their technique under the guidance of a swimming instructor.

Covid-safe guidelines

Covid Safe measures are currently in place at our centre. Signing a Covid registry and temperature checks are compulsory on entering. Please bring your own towel and maintain social distancing while visiting. Hand sanitisers are readily available throughout the centre.

Please note that Ian Thorpe Aquatic and Fitness Centre has gone cashless. Payments will need to be made via EFTPOS at reception. This has been brought in as part of the centre’s Covid Safe plan.
