Galaxy Pets Game design (ages 12 - 15)

When

Thursday 7 July 2022 from 10am to 4pm

Workshop participants will learn the basics of coding in the C# language to program a virtual pet and build their own computer game from start to finish. Taking inspiration from our Space exhibit, participants will be encouraged to design a pet from any galaxy.

This workshop uses Unity — a free, professional game development software engine. Young participants will be able to take files home at the end of the workshop to continue building their games.

Participants are asked to bring their own lunch and a hat as lunchtime activities may take place outdoors.
