Mondays, 12:30pm to 1:30pm Monday 22 November to Monday 19 December 2022 Except Monday 27 December and Monday 3 January 2022

Fitness for all focuses on strengthening the core, improving bone density and increasing cardiovascular fitness and capacity.

  • This class combines light resistance training and aerobic moves to work the full body.

  • Suitable for all ages and mobility levels.

  • Equipment: 1 - 2 kg dumbbells or equivalent.

Instructor: Yin Chuah

Exercise within your physical limits to stay safe and injury free. If during exercising, you become injured or exhibit signs of distress such as chest pains, you should stop exercising immediately and call 000 emergency services for assistance.

Health and medical concerns

  • We encourage you to seek appropriate medical advice or assistance before participating in any fitness classes, especially if you not been physically active and, or are aged 60 years and above.

  • You may check your health clearance prior to starting or using our fitness classes on this online pre-exercise form. Covid-safe information

When you arrive scan the QR code at the entry and enter your name and phone number or email address. You must do this each time you attend. This is a NSW Health requirement for contact tracing purposes only if necessary. You are also required to wear a mask whilst in the centre (you may take it off whilst engaged in the class/gym) and show your full vaccination status or relevant exemption. 

Please do not attend if you are unwell or have any signs of cold of flu including a cough, sore/scratchy throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or a fever. If staff observe any of these symptoms you will be asked to leave.

While you're in the centre:

  • Use disinfectant wipes provided before and after using any equipment.

  • Wash your hands with soap and water and use sanitiser provided during your visit, including on arrival.

  • BYO bottle.

  • Please bring a towel large enough to cover equipment while you use it.

  • Keep 1.5m apart from other users at all time
