This outdoor workshop teaches a standing weight shift sequence designed to wake up muscle tone throughout your legs and trunk for a dynamically supportive foundation. In this session you'll:
Awaken flexibility through your feet and ankles
Get more grounded by feeling how motion can travel up your legs and ripple through your back
Practice isometric exercises to turn on the power of your gluts
Get better acquainted with the tracking of your feet, legs and pelvis for propelling you forwards effectively
It is suitable for all levels of fitness and balance.
1.5 metres distance will be maintained between all participants in the outdoor park setting for a Covid safe experience for all.
