Wednesday, Friday, Sunday: Prince Alfred Park
3 pullups 10 reps each, 3 pushups exercises 10 reps each, 3 ab exercises 10 reps each.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday:
1.8km easy jog from Taylor Square to McElhone Stairs.
112 steps x 10
• Set 1 – McElhone Stairs jog x 4
• Water break
• Set 2 – McElhone Stairs sprint x 3
• Water break
• Set 3 – McElhone Stairs sprint x 3
1.8km easy jog from McElhone Stairs to Taylor Square.



Every day, 6pm to 7pm
