Thanks to the support of the City of Sydney council, Mood Active is offering free places on our upcoming 4 week wellbeing workout.
The program is aimed at individuals who want to improve their mental health and combat mild to moderate depression and anxiety. It involves 4 2.5 hour sessions over 4 weeks where you learn tips to help you get started and to sustain good exercise habits. You then get to apply what you learn straight away with an exercise class.
The program is for people aged 18 to 65 years experiencing low mood or anxiety. You do not need to be diagnosed.
