Fox and Friends: The Far Reach of Murdoch

Miranda Devine, David McKnight and Gabriel Sherman speak on Murdoch’s empire

It’s said that the sun never sets on Rupert Murdoch’s media empire. From Donald Trump to Brexit to events in Australia, his news entities continue to play an influential – and hotly debated – role in shaping public opinion and government policy.

In one of the Festival’s most anticipated panels, Daily Telegraph columnist Miranda Devine, author of Rupert Murdoch: An Investigation of Political Power, David McKnight, and Vanity Fair correspondent and author of The Loudest Voice in the Room, Gabriel Sherman, join Saturday Paper editor Erik Jensen to discuss the agenda and reach of the world’s most enduring political kingmaker.

Supported by the University of Sydney.
