An award-winning winemaker, Cliff selects exceptional quality fruit from throughout the Margaret River region, to produce hand-crafted wines with structure and depth.

Cliff will personally showcase a selection of his premium wines, carefully matched to a menu crafted by Altum’s head chef, Dionisio Randazzo.
