Carmen Marton is Australia’s most decorated Taekwondo athlete. She is Australia’s first and only World Taekwondo Champion and a three time Olympian at the 2008 Beijing, 2012 London and 2016 Rio Olympics. She is a brand ambassador with 2XU, SWISSE and has appeared in Vogue, Elle and Women’s Health magazines.
Catalina Florez is a Senior Journalist and Presenter on SBS World News. She is a regular on the evening news and has over 12 years experience as a reporter. Previously she was Channel 10’s first female NSW political editor where she covered two Premiers and two Opposition Leaders through three eventful years.
Professor Veena Sahajwalla is an internationally recognised scientist, engineer and inventor revolutionising recycling science. She sees waste as an opportunity and won the Eureka prize (Australia’s top science award) for inventing ‘Green Steel’, a novel way of using end-of-life tyres and waste plastics instead of coal to make steel. She has been a judge on the ABC show ‘The New Inventors’, been recently profiled by Australian Story and was previously a Commissioner on the Australian Climate Commission.
