Tibetan Buddhism, and its meditative tradition, offer a wealth of skilful methods to help us find the core of our own peace, compassion and wisdom. This five-week course offers an introduction to meditation and practical advice from some of the foremost Tibetan Buddhist teachers to help all of us meet the challenges of these difficult times.
We can apply the timeless wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism and meditative insight to heal ourselves as we face the everyday challenges of anxiety, depression, anger, physical pain, loneliness, and burnout.
