Please note that by proceeding with this booking, you agree to:

1. This 50% OFF for Crab is only available on 5th, 6th & 7th September on certain timeslots.

2. A deposit of $50 is required to secure this booking.

3. This offer is only valid for dine-in.

4. A 10% surcharge is applicable on total bills on Sundays.

5. Liven payments are NOT applicable to this promotion.

6. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and vouchers.

7. Be punctual for your booking. We hold your reservation for up to 15 minutes before releasing the table, please call us if you are running late.

8. This venue - Ho Jiak has limited tables. Please ensure that you have reserved the right venue. A no show fee will be charged for wrong venue reservations. We do not accommodate requests for changing venue from internal.

9. Should your plans change, please let us know 24 hours via email ( townhall@hojiak.com.au) or call (02) 8065 6954 before your reservation time. Deposit cannot be refunded if cancellations are made within 24 hours.

10. Ho Jiak reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
