Have you ever wished to experience the feeling of flying through the air like the acrobats do in the circus? Well, now this extraordinary activity is available to everyone regardless of their age and fitness level.

First time flying?

Circus Arts’ experienced fly coaches will take you through all the steps and teach you the correct technique to perform various tricks. Flying trapeze is an amazing adrenaline-fueled activity that is so much fun, you don’t even feel like you are working out (another bonus!). You will be performing your trick in a harness, so a soft landing on a net is guaranteed each and every time. You will do approximately 5 swings in a 1.5 hour lesson, including 2 attempts at catching your trick. Wondering how hard it will be? Well, most first-timers catch their trick in the first lesson! So make sure you have someone filming your amazing achievement. Or even better, bring your friends and family for support so they can be as loud as they can while cheering you on! That's another beautiful thing about the flying trapeze classes - they are charged with positivity and complete strangers come together supporting and clapping for each other. What a joy ride!

Loved your first class - what's next?

Circus Arts flying trapeze classes in Sydney run on weekends all year round and daily during NSW school holidays – depending on class numbers and the weather!

Love the feeling of flying? Come back! Join our Frequent Flyers or buy a class pack. We also have a 8 week Flying Trapeze course that both kids and adults can join, so you save on the classes and benefit from continuous training. The age difference amongst the participants doesn't matter as everyone works on their own trick and progresses at their own pace. Once you become more experienced, we have special Advanced Flying Trapeze classes and a 5 week Advanced course that you can join. When it comes to flying trapeze, the sky is the limit.
