Won’t Somebody Please Think of the Men? argues that the so-called “male loneliness crisis” is rooted in a form of masculinity shaped by power structures that punish vulnerability and reward control, dominance, and emotional detachment. The show questions that framing rather than accepting it at face value.
Featuring works from 10 Aussie artists, the exhibition moves through manosphere culture, heteronormativity within queer dating spaces, and moments of comfort and validation — offering both critique and a place to sit with the discomfort.
