Pierre and Joel from DRNKS are back for round four of our Meet the Winemaker series, this time featuring the incredible Daniele Piccinin.
As Piccinin is bringing his wines all the way from the Veneto region in Italy, we thought it was only right to turn this one into a bit more of a party.
Sip a flight of five exceptional Piccinin wines ($20), enjoy a DJ spinning in the Spritz Garden and we've also curated an optional pairing menu so you can focus on the important stuff (wine). Our full food menu will also be available all night.
Piccinin's seven hectares of calcareous vineyard, perched 300-500 meters above sea level, thrive in a bright, hilly landscape. This vibrant ecosystem, carefully cultivated without monoculture or harsh chemicals, gives their wines genuine intensity, minerality, and balance. The vineyards are nurtured with care and respect for the land - much like how we farm at Erindale.
Expect good tunes, great pours, and a fresh appreciation for the art of natural winemaking.
