90% of the world’s data was created in the last 2 years. That’s 2.5 Quintillion bytes of data every day.

We are at the precipice of a revolution to be supported by data. Elisa, also known as “The DataWhisperer”, demystifies this in a powerful, succinct, and easy listening talk.

Why do the world’s greatest human issues - workplace bullying, sexual harassment, racism, discrimination - prevail over generations? We know it's systemic in our workplaces, families and communities. Doesn’t it make you feel angry?.... And ultimately powerless?

Truth is in the data. Legacy research methods are not good enough. We are disconnected from the data by using wrong data and wrong methods which lead to wrong decisions. Hence, we can not see the pathway to real change.

Elisa presents a bright way forward to a better future. She shares her passionate belief about how Data can change the world one byte at a time.
