Easter brunch at The Grounds

Plant yourself down in The Potting Shed for a long weekend brunch

Gather under the hanging greenery in The Potting Shed for an Easter Long Weekend Brunch. Enjoy a two-course menu with a main meal designed by The Grounds Executive Chef Paul McGrath.  Brunch is accompanied by fresh juice and The Grounds Roastery coffee.

Brunch menu

On arrival
Selection of freshly cut fruits with coconut yoghurt pots
Selection of freshly baked mini Danish pastries and croissants from The Grounds Bakery served with vanilla mascarpone cultured butter and house-made preserves

Main
Your choice of (to be ordered on the day):
Wild mushroom bruschetta on brioche toast, served with stracciatella wilted kale, a poached free-range egg and seeds;
Citrus-cured ocean trout with potato, caper and asparagus tart, soft quail’s eggs and pine nut hollandaise; or,
Cauliflower and zucchini fritters served with crispy bacon and spiced cherry tomato compote.

Barista tea and coffee
$10 Mimosas available after 10am
