Enjoy savoury delights including cured salmon with cream cheese and white chocolate on brioche, goat cheese and pumpkin quiche, Easter egg filled with prawn and fish roe, and a carrot and kale chicken ballotine, accompanied with cranberry gel and pomegranate.

Indulge in decadent chocolate creations including a cocoa biscuit layered with blackberry jam and ganache, cocoa meringue with hazelnut praline and Gianduja chocolate whipped ganache. Enjoy the luxurious pairing of a crunchy noodle gold‑chocolate base with white chocolate mousse and passionfruit gel, alongside a beautifully spiced cake inspired by the classic hot cross bun. Pair this with freshly baked plain and carrot‑cake scones, served with double cream and a passionfruit and pineapple gel.
