Pinot Noir is one of the oldest cultivated grape varieties in the world - grown perhaps as far back as 1000 BC. At a very similar time, ducks were first farmed by the Chinese and Egyptians. We've curated a five-course journey and our storytellers will share with you interesting tales about the food, the wine and the origins of the duck & pinot pairing.
