These weekly sessions allow you to gain confidence in learning to sew your own clothes - whether you’re new to sewing or you’d like to polish up your skills and create a professional finish!
You'll learn how to measure yourself, decide which size and fabric to pick and you can choose your project which means you decide which new skills you’d like to focus on to start sewing your own wardrobe!

This workshop runs over 5 consecutive Tuesday Evenings.
Level:
Beginner level - however, we require that you already know how to thread and use a sewing machine. You can check out our Learn To Sew workshop or Contact Us to arrange an additional hour before the second session ($35) to learn to thread the machine and sew a basic seam.
You'll learn how to:
Take your own measurements
Read a pattern and decide which size to cut
Follow sewing instructions and think about the order of construction
Create a professional finish
Gain confidence in using a sewing machine and overlocker
Start sewing your own clothes so you can continue at home!

What you'll need to bring:
Beginners Sewing Pattern (Email us beforehand to check suitability, we will also send some suggestions beforehand.)
Fabric, threads and trims etc. for your project
Notebook
