Friday 16 April from 10am to 12pm Friday 16 April from 1pm to 3pm
Slice up a specimen and draw its insides! Leonardo Da Vinci dissected over 30 body parts in his lifetime leaving behind beautiful and accurate anatomical drawings which we still use today.
In this session, budding artists and scientists will get to dissect plant specimens and conduct a series of drawings to help understand how they work. Working with real flora, students will learn the male and female anatomy of their subject and create drawings that help illustrate pollination processes and life cycles.
