Stitch Bar is excited to announce that we are part of YCK Laneways!
With support from City of Sydney, our partners Patrón Tequila and Bombay Sapphire as well as Time Out Sydney, ten of the small bar owners in the CBD area are banding together to put the precinct on the map called YCK Laneways.
From April onwards, YCK Laneways is turning its venues and streets into event spaces celebrating culture and good times.
Join us for a very special dinner with Aunty Margret during April and May.
Aunty Margret is a celebrated member of the Aboriginal community who has a passion for sharing her stories and experiences about Dreamtime and the Australian landscape.
This dinner with Aunty Margret will be set in a Q & A format, and she will cover topics such as cultural heritage policy, treaty, deaths in custody, health and wellness, as well as education outcomes for Indigenous Australians today.
The conversation will be held from 6-10 pm, and there will be an Indigenous inspired menu available for purchase including bush tomato soup, and buttermilk Barramundi fritters.
Tickets to this event are free, however bookings are essential to secure your spot at this event.
We're a Covid-Safe venue
