We all have someone in our life that we find it difficult to be around whether it be a colleague, a partner or even a friend. Learn how to use meditation and other tools contained within Buddhism to improve and transform all our relationships.
On this one-day course, explore powerful wisdom and meditations for viewing others more constructively. These wisdom views enable us to respond to whatever other people do more effectively. Practising and becoming familiar with these meditations gives us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. During the day you will receive practical teachings that are related to dealing with difficult people. The course will also include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively. In the last session of the day there will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
The teacher of this course is Buddhist nun Kelsang Dana. Through her joyful and loving aspect, Dana is able to communicate the essential aspects of meditation and Buddhism in a way that makes people feel confident, uplifted and encouraged.
