De Graaff-Elms Biennial Roundtable

A roundtable discussion on international relations, global citizenship and the role of music in promoting diversity

Join special guests Professor Mark McKenna, Patricia Garcia AO and Andrew Ford OAM for a roundtable discussion on international relations, global citizenship and the role of music in promoting cultural diversity.

Topics on the table:

  • The philosophy and practice of constructive international relations
  • The pathways to peace and global citizenship
  • The role of music and the arts in promoting the appreciation of cultural diversity across the world.

The roundtable format offers each panellist a chance to speak for 10 minutes to outline their work and interest, and to connect their work with the themes of the roundtable.

A discussion among panel members will then be held, followed by Q&A with the audience, and a final wrap-up by the panel.
