With a sharp rise in the use of online digital media in recent years, questions have been raised about the impact of social media. Does social media effect political activities and in some cases, mobilization of opposition groups?

Join us for a seminar with Dr. Aim Sinpeng, Senior Lecturer in Comparative Politics, from The University of Sydney, as she talks all things social media, political authoritarianism, and internet controls in our region.
