The existential threat to the earth’s marine life and oceans posed by pollution and warming demands action. Join scientists, activists and artists to better understand the problem and discover how to be part of the solution.

In Conversation with Ocean Guardian Lucas Handley
The marine biologist, underwater photographer and freedive instructor annotates a selection of short films from the BLUE series with his passionate approach to ocean conservation.

Refuse / Reuse Weaving Workshop and Yarning Circle
Join elder Karleen Green to learn how to weave turtles, snakes and jellyfish from recycled materials while discussing Aboriginal ecological knowledge and the impact of waste on our marine life.

Waste Not Wearable Art
Shore up your trashionista credentials in this funky wearable art workshop led by leading environmental artist and activist Marina DeBris.

Adorned
Work with our Aboriginal staff to create your very own jewellery with natural materials drawn from the sea.
