Discover more about Aboriginal history through a traditional performance by the Muggera Dance Group.
Combining contemporary and traditional dance with didgeridoo playing, this lively performance explores the close connection between the First Nations people and their land.
Learn the significance of these practices as you watch traditional indigenous dance movements and hear the history of the didgeridoo. There is even the opportunity to try playing the instrument yourself!
The Muggera Group members come from a long line of cultural leaders, song men, dancers and didgeridoo players. All members of Muggera have been performing and sharing their culture for many years and have been guided by their Elders over many decades.
