Art therapy offers a fun different pathway. Through image-making, metaphor, sensory exploration and creative expression, participants can access and process emotions in ways that feel natural, non-threatening and genuinely engaging.

This workshop follows a gently progressive structure. All activities are adaptable to individual needs, abilities and comfort levels. For ages 13 to 18 years.
