We will explore the mindfulness and health benefits of keeping a journal and the pros and cons.
There will be hands on exercises in class to get you started on your journey.
Journalling is not only good for you but should be fun!
Although we will be touching upon the health benefits, our main focus is on creativity, the journalling habit and the possibilities and act. We are not approaching this from a clinical perspsective. The class is not designed to be theraputic.
