Australian Design Centre has joined forces with MakeShift to present online workshops that give creatives practical and playful skills that can be used every day to improve or maintain our mental health and self care.
Presented by Mel Young this workshop is designed to introduce you to the joy of creating an individual Creative Journaling practice, and the impact it can have as a regular habit of play, meditation, release and delight.
Undertake a range of exercises exploring meditative mark making, playful and observational drawing as well as collaging exercises that can become part of daily creativity and self-care.
Australian Design Centre has subsidised the price of tickets to make this workshop more accessible and affordable for the craft and design community. Consider this as a gift to our community who we know need a boost at this time.
