October is Mental Health Month and the theme this year is 'Tune In'.
Tune in each week for some creative exercises that will incorporate meditation, art therapy and journaling.
We will meet every Tuesday evening via Zoom at 7:00pm AEST.
You will need some basic art supplies. For example, pens, pencils, crayons, pastels, watercolour, colouring pens, blank paper and/or a journal. If you like collaging, feel free to get old magazines too!
Purchase the entire series for $60 (sale ends 5 October or until sold out) or $25 per workshop.
Spaces in each class are limited.
*Note: this is not an art class. There is no such thing as being "bad at art" - it's all about freedom of expression and letting go of the need to be perfect. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
