Creative conversations: Social interaction
PACT’s resident artists lead a conversation about the culture of new communities
Produced by the City of Sydney
PACT’s resident artist Emily Dash leads a creative discussion about the culture of new communities. How similar or different is the culture of the emerging Green Square community?
Get involved in the conversation to explore successful communities around the world. Challenge perceptions and dream up innovative solutions.
Communities rely on social connections for economic success. Dr Felton Earl’s case study of Chicago neighbourhoods highlights collective efficacy as the standout factor for well-being.
Emily invites the panel to examine how the arts can foster social interaction and a sense of valuable contribution. Hear different perspectives, contribute to the pledge wall and chat with strangers who may also be your neighbours on the buddy bench.
