To most of us, an Australian summer is the perfect blend of the extreme heat of the sun mixed with the extreme relief of the cool ocean on our skin. We see the dazzling desert and bush landscapes on our drives and walks to the beach, and are mesmerised by the brilliant clear blue skies.
To celebrate this truly unique sense of place and time, Rochfort has curated a selection of artists embedded in the Australian landscape, well honed diarists of earth, sky and sea.
We present our latest collection, Cracker: an exhibition of 7 extraordinary artists who each immerse themselves in the Australian landscape and Australian cultural theme. This exhibition not only traverses the Australian landscape but also traverses artistic media: from colourful abstract paintings to intrinsic sculptures to intricate line ink drawings. We have exciting work by Sally Stokes, Barbara Campbell-Allen, Coco Elder, Debbie Mackinnon, Claire Tozer, Nat Ward and Odette Ireland.
Celebrate the Australian Summer and Australian art by investing in our country’s best established, mid-career and emerging artists.
