Contemporary and postmodern dance workshop

Postmodern dance history for street dance practitioners

House dance, B-girls/B-Boys, poppers, voguers are invited to learn the history of contemporary and postmodern dance created by pioneer choreographers in the 1960s and 70s.

Charemaine Seet, founder of Seet Dance School, leads 2 free workshops in Surry Hills.

Street dancers will try out some of the choreographic strategies of Merce Cunningham and Trisha Brown while using their own street dance movement vocabularies.
